Where do you ship from?
We ship from Melbourne, Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship domestically within Australia.
Do you take custom orders?
At this point in time, we are unable to do so but we hope to in the near future!
Do you offer Afterpay / Zip Pay?
YES! We offer Afterpay and Zip along with other payment methods.
What sort of wax do you use?
We use a pure soy wax for our melts and a coco-soy for our candles.
Where do you source your fragrance oils?
We source them from a variety of suppliers around Australia.
Are you able to take fragrance requets?
Absolutely! Send us a message on Instagram or send us an email using our contact us tab.
What happens if I pay using bank deposit but enter the wrong banking details?
Please make sure you are checking all details are correct when paying via bank deposit. Banking information will be displayed once you have completed checkout. Mistakes made on the buyers behalf is at no fault of Imperial Aromas, and Imperial Aromas will not take any responsibility. If this occurs, please contact your bank for further assistance. Orders that have not been paid for within 24 hours will be cancelled.
